Abstract

According tonews originating from Wuhan, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated,“The quantificati on of low-abundance biomarkers or trace harmful substances in complex samples atfemtomolarlevel sensitivity requires labor-intensive incubation and multiwashin g steps. Herein, we explorea trajectory/ accumulation/color three-dimensional m icrofluidic magnetophoresis immunoassay (TACMMI)based on an artificial intelli gence (AI)-assisted load assignment strategy, enabling washing-free andfemtomol ar detection of interleukin-6 in serum samples and chloramphenicol in food sampl es within 30min.”
