As we are welcoming 2025,I am pleased to write a brief note to provide a couple of updates about our editorial team: 1.I would like to welcome Dr. Anthony Sparkling as an Associate Editor. Dr. Sparkling has served as a Visiting Associate Editor and provided critical assistance during a time of growth for our Journal; and I look forward to working with him in his new role. 2.I also would like to welcome six new Editorial Board members: Dr. Sanjeev Adhikari, Dr. Deniz Besiktepe, Dr. Sagata Bhawani, Dr. Masoud Gheisari, Dr. Sharareh (Sherri) Kermanshachi, and Dr. Baris Salman. With the addition of this group, we are able to cover new expertise areas on the Editorial Board. This group has gone through a vetting process to join the Editorial Board; and we look forward to their contributions. I also would like to take this opportunity to thank those who are rotating off the Editorial Board for their service.
