The 2023 INFORMS Transportation Science and Logistics (TSL) Society Conference took place from July 23 to July 26, 2023, at Loyola University Chicago (LUC) in Chicago, Illinois, USA. The TSL Conference is a triennial event that is meant to complement other conferences serving the TSL community by taking place in a city in North America that is relatively accessible. Although not explicitly designed to be a conference for PhD students, one of the purposes of the conference is to provide an opportunity for students to discuss their work and network with other like-minded researchers.
