Reporters obtained the following quote from the background information supplied by the inventors: “Intoday’s computing environment, developers of web applicati ons must ensure that their web site is renderedaccurately and uniformly across dozens of different platforms, that is different hardware devices (such asmobil e devices) that may be utilizing any number of different browser types or versio ns (e.g., InternetExplorer™, Chrome™, Safari™, etc.) executing on individual op erating system types or versions, andusing different screen sizes and/or screen resolutions. It is critical that web applications are responsive no matter what platform a client device is using and that each particular web page in a given web applicationdisplays every user interface (UI) element consistently and comp letely for each platform.
