Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews Daily News – New research on Oncology - Lung Cancer is the subject of a report. According tonews reporting out of Fujian, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “The aim ofthis study i s to integrate immune and metabolism-related genes in order to construct a predi ctive modelfor predicting the prognosis and treatment response of LUAD(lung ade nocarcinoma) patients, aiming toaddress the challenges posed by this highly let hal and heterogeneous disease. Using TCGA-LUAD as thetraining subset, different ial gene expression analysis, batch survival analysis, Lasso regression analysis ,univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis were performed to construc t prognostic related genemodels.”
