Abstract

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews - New research on Gram-Positive Bacteria - Mycobact erium tuberculosis is the subject of a report.According to news reporting out o f Kampala, Uganda, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “Efforts towardtuberculo sis management and control are challenged by the emergence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis(MTB) resistance to existing anti-TB drugs. This study aimed to explore the pot ential of machine learningalgorithms in predicting drug resistance of four anti -TB drugs (rifampicin, isoniazid, streptomycin, andethambutol) in MTB using who le-genome sequence and clinical data from Uganda.”
