Abstract

According to newsreporting originating in Jinan, People’ s Republic of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “b-Ga2O3 is a promi sing ultra-wide bandgap semiconductor in high-power and high-frequency electroni cs.The low thermal conductivity of b-Ga2O3, which can be further suppressed by the intrinsic vacancy, hasbeen a major bottleneck for improving the performance of b-Ga2O3 power devices.”
