According to newsreporting out of Brno, Czech Republic, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “Long terminal repeats (LTRs)represent impo rtant parts of LTR retrotransposons and retroviruses found in high copy numbers in amajority of eukaryotic genomes. LTRs contain regulatory sequences essential for the life cycle of theretrotransposon.”
