Abstract

According to newsreporting originating from Oak Ridge, T ennessee, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “The spatialdistribution o f organics in geological samples can be used to determine when and how these org anics wereincorporated into the host rock. Mass spectrometry (MS) imaging can r apidly collect a large amount ofdata, but ions produced are mixed without discr imination, resulting in complex mass spectra that can bedifficult to interpret. ”
