Marine boundary-layer clouds (MBLCs) are particularly importantsince they cover a large portion of th e Earth’s surface. One of the biggest challenges in quantifying ACIfrom observa tions lies in isolating adjustments of cloud fraction (CLF) to aerosol perturbat ions from thecovariability and influence of the local meteorological conditions .”
