Abstract

According to newsreporting from Guilin, People’s Republi c of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “Citrus fruitsare widely co nsumed for their nutritional value and taste; however, juice sac granulation dur ing fruitstorage poses a significant challenge to the citrus industry. This stu dy used Raman spectroscopy coupledwith machine learning algorithms to rapidly, non-destructively, and precisely detect citrus granulation.”
