By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews Daily News - Current study results on Robotics - Ro botics and Automation have been published.According to news reporting originati ng in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, by NewsRx journalists, researchstated, “Wheel o dometry is not often used in state estimation for off-road vehicles due to frequ ent wheelslippage, varying wheel radii, and the 3D motion of the vehicle not fi tting with the 2D nature of integratedwheel odometry. This letter attempts to o vercome these issues by proposing a novel 3D preintegration ofwheel encoder mea surements on manifold.”
