By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Robotics & Machine Learning DailyNews Daily News – New research on Artificial Intelligenc e is the subject of a report. According to newsreporting from San Antonio, Texa s, by NewsRx editors, the research stated, “This study introduces an explainableartificial intelligence (XAI) approach designed to estimate background spectra in unknown spectralmeasurements. The approach combines kernel-modeled Gaussian processes (GP) for naturally occurringradioactive material (NORM) estimation wi th fuzzy logic inference for isotopic photopeak identification.”Financial support for this research came from U.S. Department of Energy, Nationa l Nuclear SecurityAdministration through the Consortium on Nuclear Security Tec hnologies (CONNECT).
