Abstract

According to news reportingout of Nanjing, People’s Republic o f China, by NewsRx editors, research stated, “Phosphocholine cytidylyltransferase (CCT) is an important biocatalyst for citicoline (CDP-choline) production. How ever, itsuffers from relatively low catalytic activity and halotolerance when i t was applied in the one-pot catalyticsystem coupling with the acetylphosphate based ATP regeneration system.”
