Many operating environments in the fields of deep-watermining, combustib le ice, and ocean engineering require a device (such as a mining vehicle) to ope rate ona seabed, and operations mostly need to be performed at a water depth of 5000-6500 meters. As a result,the device has to be provided with a housing str ong enough to withstand the seawater pressure, or toachieve a balance between i nternal and external pressures by mounting a pressure compensator structureand being filled with a liquid.
