Accordingto news reporting originating in Shan ghai, People’s Republic of China, by NewsRx journalists, researchstated, “Epide rmal growth factor receptor (EGFR) T790M mutation often occurs during long durational erlotinib treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients, leadin g to drug resistance anddisease progression. Identification of new selective EG FR-T790M inhibitors has proven challenging throughtraditional screening platfor ms.”
