News editors obtained the following quote from the background information suppli ed by the inventors:“Spacer roping systems are known that allows inserting port ions of ropes between products during theirpalletizing, aiming at preventing da mages to the products due to shock or impact therebetween duringtransport.“While such systems are effective, they are specifically designed to work with p roducts having apredetermined geometry and are integrated to a palletizing syst em. As such, they are not adaptable for avariety of products and for different palletizing systems.”
