Abstract

According to newsreporting originating from Hamburg, Ger many, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “Rapid advancementsin high-thr oughput DNA sequencing have opened new avenues for applying microbiome-basedmac hine learning to predict and model determinants that enhance agricultural produc tivity and sustainabilityin agroecosystems. Although early attempts have been m ade to predict crop yield or measures ofsoil health through the soil microbiome , it is unclear if microbial patterns associated with plant growthor crop yield on a local scale can be generalized to predict differences in plant growth on a continental orglobal scale.”
