Abstract

According to news reportingfrom Fuzhou, People’s Republi c of China, by NewsRx journalists, research stated, “Flood susceptibilityassess ment is the premise and foundation to prevent flood disaster events effectively. To accurately assessurban flood susceptibility (UFS), this study first analyze s the advantages and disadvantages of multilayerperceptron (MLP), and light gr adient boosting machine (LightGBM), and designs a new integratedmachine learnin g method by combining logistic regression (LR) method, i.e., LG-MLP-LR.”
