According to newsoriginating from Kocaeli, Turkey , by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, “This study was conductedat Kocael i University Hospital in Turkey and aimed to predict carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniaeinfection in intensive care units using the Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) algorithm, a form ofartificial intelligence. This was a retrospective case-con trol study involving 289 patients, including 159carbapenem-resistant and 130 ca rbapenem-susceptible individuals as controls.”
