The industrial rectifier system with high current and low voltage has the problems of poor electromagnetic environment and low energy efficiency. This article proposes a hierarchical optimization method for inductive filtering rectifier transformer, considering the winding impedance matching. To reduce optimization dimensions and improve optimization ability, Sobol sensitivity algorithm is adopted for transformer parameter hierarchical processing. First, the winding arrangement and external system connection of the inductive filtering rectifier transformer are introduced. The current transfer relationship model of the inductive filtering rectifier transformer considering the influence of load harmonics is established, and the impedance matching conditions for implementing harmonic suppression are obtained. Then, according to the transformer design specifications, the constraints and optimization parameters for optimizing transformer loss are determined. Furthermore, the hierarchical architecture is established based on Sobol sensitivity algorithm. Finally, case study shows that the total loss of the transformer with hierarchical optimization method is reduced by 24.77%, and the harmonic distortion rate is reduced from 9.15% to 4.19%, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
