Spin(C) structures on Hantzsche-Wendt manifolds

Using a combinatorial description of Stiefel-Whitney classes of closed flat manifolds with diagonal holonomy representation, we show that no Hantzsche-Wendt manifold of dimension greater than three admits a spin(c) structure.
