Two new taxane diterpenoids, 1-hydroxy-2-deacetoxytaxinine J and 7,2'-bisdeacetoxyaustrospicatine, were isolated from the barks of Taxus wallichiana together with 13 known compounds, including taxol. Their structures were elucidated and identified by spectroscopic methods. The structure of 7,2'-bisdeacetoxyaustrospicatine was further confirmed by X-ray crystallographic analysis.
