The project is designed to develop and describe a training process with use of situational simulator. For accomplishment of a final educational task on professional training in the sphere of procurement management in public sector it is supposed to create and introduce the exercisesimulator in learning process. Simulated training situations are as close as possible to the actual expense of the included decision making models in the simulator: “a situation – action” and “a situation – the strategy of management – action.” Forthe description of a simulation model of educational and training process the process method of modeling is used.
