Abstract

An efficient C3-aminomethylation of imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines with 1,3,5-triazinanes was developed. The eminent advantage of this work is catalyst-free and additive-free. The power of this transformation has been demonstrated by the broad substrate scope and good functional group tolerance. (c) 2022 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
