Investors may be guestioning US president Joe Biden's commitment to reduce the country's reliance on foreign imports of critical minerals by develop ing its domestic resources, after the Department of the Interior (DOI) sus pended a crucial road building permit. "We can't build a future that's made in America if we ourselves are depend ent on China for the materials that power the products of today and to morrow," Biden said at a White House event late last month.
