Bound states in the continuum of the periodic nanostructure with three nanobars in one lattice

We study the bound states in the continuum (BICs) of the periodic structure with three nanobars in one lattice. It shows that both at-Gamma BICs and off-Gamma BICs can be modulated by the parameters of the center bar. It is also found that the number of BICs of both types are associated with the nanobar array layers, and Q factor can exceed 10(5). Results form FDTD and CMT are agree well, which are beneficial to the development of the optical devices based on BICs.
