Using powder X-ray diffraction, thepressure-volume(PV) data on Co6W6C were determined atambient temperature and pressures up to 32 Gpa withthe following results: isotermal bulk modulusK300.1(Gpa):462(11); pressure derivative K'300.1(fixed):4;molar volume V300.1(cm3 mol-1):97.43(2).Isobric thermal expansion determined by in-situ X-ray diffraction study at 1 atm is given by (K-1):αT=8.64(2)×10 –5+7.48(9)×10 –8T-2.19(6)/T2.
