? 2021 Elsevier Inc.Although gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogs are the standard of care for the treatment of central precocious puberty, they are not approved for children/< age 2 years. We reviewed experience with the use of gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogs in 47 children younger than age 2 years, which revealed efficacy and safety comparable with that in older children.
