Upon closing, Sandstorm and Equinox will hold 34% and 30% respective interests in Rosedale, which intends to change its corporate name to Sandbox Royalties and seek a public listing on a Canadian stock exchange and undertake a non-brokered private placement financing at 70c per share for minimum proceeds of C$5 million.
