Continuous flow synthesis of C-acyloxy-substituted aziridines in microchannel reactor: Addition of carboxylic acids to 2-methylenaziridines

We have developed a novel microchannel reactor-based continuous flow method for synthesizing diverse C-alkyl and C-aryl-acyloxyaziridines. This versatile approach is compatible with various substrates and functional groups, particularly for amino acids and carboxylic acid-containing active pharmaceutical ingredients, allowing for rapid and efficient synthesis within seconds.
