The "Modus Operandi" of the scheme described hereunder and the benefits likely to be derived from therein are purely conceptual. Therefore, Tea Planters, Garden Managers, Agriculturists are invited to send in their views, opinions etc in this regardfor publication in this journal. The Editor is not responsible for the text of this article. Almost forty years ago, a Tea Estate in Lower Assam was doing a good job in uprooting 13 hects of old tea each year and replanting.
