外文摘要：Exposure of human leukocytes to 12% and 6% O(2) in vitro resulted in striking ultrastructural and morphological changes. These changes included the appearance of crater-like holes, a reduction in granular size and disruption of the cellular membrane. The implications of these findings is discussed.
