A NEW 8-TRUXILLIC ACID DERIVATIVE FROM THE LEAVES OF Poly gala fallax

外文摘要：A new s-truxillic acid derivative (1) and five known compounds (2-6) were isolated from the leaves of Palygala fallax. Their structures were elucidated by detailed spectroscopic analysis and comparison with literature data. All compounds were evaluated for their antiradical activities using in vitro DPPH radical scavenging assay. Compounds 5 and 6 showed moderate radical scavenging activity with EC50 value of 54.7 and 39.4 цМ.
