外文摘要：Investigation of the ethyl acetate-soluble layer from the liquid fermentation of Phialophora lagerbergii,an endophytic fungus isolated from the Taiwanese endemic medicinal plant of Ardisia cormidentata Mez var.cormidentata,led to the isolation of a new sesquiterpenoid,phialolagerol(1).The structure of the isolate was established by spectroscopic methods,including UV,IR,HR-ESI-MS,and extensive ID and 2D NMR techniques,as well as by comparison with literature reports.
