Empirical Evaluation of Extended Technology Acceptance Model in Developing Countries

ustomer perception and behaviour can be different between developed and developing countries. This study proposed an extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in the context of online banking in developing countries. The data was collected via survey from 143 Jordanian bank customers whom have an internet access. The results showed that in developing countries; computer self efficacy and internet self efficacy can affect online banking adoption through their impact on the key variables of TAM.
