The report is a compilation of data pertaining to the occurrence and distribution of uranium mineralization in calcretes and associated sediments in Western Australia and contains brief descriptions of many of the calcrete-uranium occurrences, including some of the most minor. Virtually all calcretes in the region are liable to contain traces of uranium mineralization, visible as coatings of carnotite. The locations of the uranium occurrences are shown on a map which features the distribution of calcrete. (Atomindex citation 09:414384)
