本报告针对肿瘤的特殊病理、生理特征设计构建了结构、性能可控的导向性纳米药物载体(环境响应性纳米载体、EPR效应纳米载体、受体介导的纳米载体、介入靶向纳米载体)。为本报告其他研究组在关于导向性效应的分子机制研究和生物学效应研究提供了可行的纳米药物载体材料,为本报告的顺利实施奠定了坚实的基础。Based on the project subject, a series of nano-medicine carriers were synthesized, including environmental sensitive nano-carriers, nano-carriers with EPR effect, receptor-induced nano-carriers and intervene targeted nano-carriers. The relevant research provided a series of nano-medicine carriers for other groups to study the molecular mechanism and biological effect of nano-medicines.
