By using sodium sulfinates as radical precursors, iron(III) chloride hexahydrate (FeCl3 center dot 6H(2)O) as oxidant and chloride source, allenes were converted into (E)-alpha-chloromethyl vinylsulfones via regioselective 1,2-radical difunctionalization process in moderate to good yields. 查看更多>>摘要:While 1,2-regioselective difunctionalizations of alkenes are well developed, their migratory difunctionalization of alkenes remains comparatively under-researched. Herein, we report a nickel-catalyzed, divergent, solvent-controlled 1,1- or 1,3-regioselective benzylboration of allylbenzenes, that provides efficient access to primary and secondary alkyl boronates. Cyanoprobe 2 has a typical Aggregate Induced Emission effect under physiological conditions, while cation probe 1 cannot aggregate luminescence due to its higher hydrophilicity. When interacting with aromatase, probe 1 showed obvious fluorescence change, but probe 2 did not. Under the same conditions, or even under the interference of various factors, probe 1 can recognize aromatase with high sensitivity. Probe 1 can rapidly light up aromatase-expressing cells. Probe 1 have the properties of aromatase inhibitors, which can inhibit the growth of tumor cells. 查看更多>>摘要:Here we show a novel colorimetric sensor system with a photo-induced colorimetric reaction of N,N'-bis[2-(trimethylammonium)ethyl]-1,8:4,5-naphthalenetetracarboxdiimide (TENDI) to detect and quantify carboxylate derivatives. In the presence of CH3COONa, TENDI aqueous solution under UV irradiation shows a photo-induced colorimetric reaction, which is due to the production of naphthalenediimide (NDI)-based radical anions whose absorbance peaks appear at around 400-600 nm. In contrast, no color changes are observed in the cases of diverse inorganic salts. In addition, TENDI shows another ability to discriminate the structural features of carboxylate derivatives by color tone. Moreover, interestingly, the Hill equation can approximate the relationship between carboxylate concentrations and absorbance values on the maximum absorbance wavelengths of the absorbance peaks due to the NDI-radical anions. 查看更多>>摘要:Asymmetric 2,7-di-tert-butyl-10b,10c-dimethyl-2',3'-dimethyl-pyrazino[2,3-e]dihydropyrene (DMPZ-DHP) was prepared by the annulation of diamino dihydropyrene with 2,3-butanedione. Optical resolution was achieved using chiral high-performance liquid chromatography systems after the photoisomerization of DMPZ-DHP to DMPZ-metacyclophane-diene (MCPD), and its Kuhn's anisotropy factor (g = Delta epsilon/epsilon) was determined to be approximately 1.0 e(-3) at 550 nm. [S]- and [R]-DMPZ-DHP were irradiated with 550nm left and right circularly polarized light (CPL), and photoisomerization was found to proceed more rapidly upon irradiating the [S]-isomer with right-CPL than with left-CPL and upon irradiating the [R]-isomer with left-CPL than with right-CPL. This suggests that CPL can be detected and analyzed using asymmetric DMPZ-DHP. (C) 2022 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
