查看更多>>摘要:Structured illumination microscopy (SIM) is one of the most widely used imaging tools in live-cell imaging because of the fast imaging speed and low-intensity requirement. In order to observe the interactions between cell structures, it is necessary to achieve multi-color simultaneous rapid imaging. However, existing systems collect multi-color results in a time-sequential manner. In live-cell imaging, this method brings distortions of the result. In this paper, we provide a dual-color simultaneous SIM system based on galvanometers, which can control the structured pattern of the two-channel flexibly. The resolution capability and simultaneous imaging capability of this system are verified, and the imaging results of living cells are obtained.
查看更多>>摘要:Owing to its excellent electro-optic, ferroelectric and nonlinear optical properties, photorefractive crystal (PRC) provides a versatile platform for developing nonlinear waveguides, which has a great potential in integrated optics components. In this paper, we theoretically study nonlinear coupling of optical guided modes in photorefractive waveguides by the spatial-partition fast Fourier transform beam propagation method (SP FFT-BPM). The modulation of applied external electrical field on the guided modes is investigated, and demonstrated as a new method to modulate the guided modes without artificially refabricating physical configuration or structure of the waveguide.
