查看更多>>摘要:A known kaurenoic acid(1),together with a new kaurane derivative named 3a-isobutyryloxykaurenoic acid(2),was isolated from the roots of Lasianthaea aurea,a plant endemic to Mexico.The compounds were characterized using their physical and spectroscopic data.In order to verify the structure and absolute configuration of 2,the derived methyl ester 3,obtained after diazomethane treatment,was subjected to single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis,whose Flack and Hooft parameter calculations evidenced that the new natural product is an ent-kaurane derivative.

查看更多>>摘要:A new ursane-type triterpenoid,20-taraxastene-22α-methoxy-3P-ol(1)together with nine known triterpenoids(2-10),was isolated from the leaves of Rhododendron dauricum L.Their structures were established from spectroscopic data(ID,2D NMR,and HR-ESI-MS)and comparison with reported values.Among the isolates,compounds 1 and 8 were found in the family Ericaceae for the first time,and compounds 5,6,and 10 from this species for the first time.All the isolated compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxic activities against three human cancer cells;compound 1 exhibited better cytotoxic activity against A549,HeLa,and SK-Hepl cells than the other compounds with IC_(50)values of 34.04 ± 1.01,64.04 ± 1,75,and 44.04 ± 0.05 μМ,respectively.

查看更多>>摘要:Two new benzazepine alkaloids(1 and 2)were isolated from the whole plants of Thalictrum wangii.Their structures were determined by means of HR-ESl-MS and extensive ID and 2D NMR spectroscopic studies.Compounds 1 and 2 were tested for their anti-rotavirus activity.The results revealed that compounds 1 and 2 exhibited potent anti-rotavirus activity with TI values of 17.9 and 17.6,respectively.
查看更多>>摘要:Benzomalvins B,C,and E(1,2,and 3)were simultaneously obtained from the marine fungus Aspergillus sp.isolated from the soft coral Sinularia sp.,collected from South China Sea.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of NMR spectroscopic data and by comprehensive comparison with those previously reported in the !iterature.The stability of the double bond of E-benzomalvin В(1)under different light conditions was investigated,and 1 was transformed to Z-benzomalvin В(1')with UV 365 nm irradiation.In particular,the incorrect ~1H NMR data of 1'in the literature was reassigned for the first time.Moreover,the absolute configuration of benzomalvin С(2)was also reported for the first time by X-ray single crystal diffraction.
