    A NEW PHENANTHRENE DERIVATIVE FROM Pleione praecox

    查看更多>>摘要:A new phenanthrene, 2,6-dihydroxy-5,8-dimethoxyphenanthrene (1), was isolated from Pleione praecox. The structure of the new compound was determined on the basis of NMR (ID and 2D) and HR-ESI-MS data. The new compound was also evaluated for its a-glucosidase inhibitory activity. Compared with the positive control acarbose, the new compound exhibited appreciable effect.

    查看更多>>摘要:Впервые установлены содержание и состав нейтральных липидов (НЛ), гликолипидов (ГЛ), фосфолипидов (ФЛ) и жирных кислот (ЖК) семян Chenopodium album. В составе жирных кислот НЛ идентифицировали 15, ФЛ - 16, ГЛ - 19 компонентов, в том числе транс-18:Iп9. Изучено влияние стресс-протекторного действия НЛ, ЖК, метиловых эфиров ЖК и неомыляемых веществ (НВ) на рост и развитие проростков пшеницы и хлопчатника в условиях солевого стресса. На культуре пшеницы максимальный эффект на рост корней оказали НЛ в 0.001% концентрации, а также НВ и ЖК в 0.01% концентрации. На культуре хлопчатника рост корней и стеблей проростков стимулировали неомыляемые вещества в 0.001% концентрации, а ЖК - только рост корней в 0.0001% концентрации.

Установлен состав летучих веществ и жирнокислотный состав нейтральных, глико-и фосфолипидов листьев, идентифицированы у-линоленовая и стеаридоновая кислоты, метиловый эфир олеиновой кислоты.

    A NOVEL LACTAM METABOLITE FROM Penicillium sclerotium D35

    查看更多>>摘要:A novel lactam metabolite, l-pentyl-8-oxa-3,6-diazabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-2,4,7-trione (1), was isolated from Penicillium sclerotium D35. The structure of the new compound 1 was elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including ID and 2D NMR data and HR-MS. Compound 1 showed moderate nematode suppression activity with LC50 values of 344.722 mg/L.

    查看更多>>摘要:Prenylated chalcones xanthohumol (1) and 2'-hydroxy-3,4,4'-trimethoxy-6'-0-prenyl chalcone (2) were synthesized through the Claisen-Schmidt condensation, O-prenylation, and Claisen rearrangement and deprotection respectively, using phloroglucinol and appropriate benzaldehydes as starting materials. Based on the Mannich reaction of prenylated chalcone 1 or 2 with various secondary amines and formaldehyde in acid alcohol solvent, 10 novel prenylated chalcone Mannich base derivatives 3a-3e and 4a-4e were synthesized. Furthermore, all synthetic compounds were evaluated for antiproliferative activities in vitro against four human cancer cell lines (Aspc-1, SUN-5, HepG-2, and HCT-116) by MTT assay. The results showed that most of them exhibit moderate to good antiproliferative activities against the four human cancer cells with IC50 values of 2.52 to 47.67 uM.

    CHROMONE DERIVATIVES OF Cassia pumila AND THEIR ANTI-MRSA ACTIVITY

    查看更多>>摘要:Two new (1 and 2) compounds, together with five known (3-7) chromone derivatives, were isolated from the whole plants of Cassia pumila. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including extensive ID and 2D NMR techniques. Compounds 1-7 were evaluated for their anti-methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (anti-MRSA) activity. The results revealed that compounds 1, 2, 5, and 6 showed good inhibition with IZD of 13.4 ± 2.5, 12.2 ± 2.0, 14.6 ± 2.2, and 14.2 ± 2.6 mm, and compounds 3, 4, and 7 showed weak inhibition with IZD of 10.7 ± 2.2, 11.3 ± 2.0, and 10.8 ± 2.1 mm, respectively.

    查看更多>>摘要:В результате исследования трех видов Veronica, произрастающих в Восточной Сибири, обнаружено шесть новых соединений, включая четыре флавоноида (1-3, 5) и два иридоида (4, 6), строение которых изучено с применением УФ, ЯМР спектроскопии и масс-спектрометрии. Из V. daurica Steven был выделен 6-гидроксилютеолин-7-(9-(6"-(9-изоферулоил)-р-Д-глюкопиранозид (веронизид А, 1), из V. spicata subsp. incana (L.) Walters (V. incana L.) - б-гидроксилютеолин-7-O-(6"-0-изованилоил)-Р-D-глюкопиранозид (веронизид В, 2) и скутеллареин-7-0-(6"-(9-ванилоил)-P-D-глюкопиранозид (веронизид С, 3), из V. longifolia L. - 6-0-синапоил каталпол (веронизид D, 4), скутеллареин-7-0-(6"-O-протокатехоил)-глюкозид (веронизид Е, 5) и 6-O-изоферулоил асистасиозид Е (веронизид F, 6).

The structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including UV, IR, HR-ESI-MS, and extensive ID and 2D NMR techniques.
