查看更多>>摘要:In this paper, we describe and demonstrate a general methodology to evaluate the reliability of the passageway system in warship design. The reliability of the passageway system is the most important component of naval ship survivability evaluation. Currently, most of the passageway evaluations focus on human factor or physical distribution; integrated calculates is lacking to estimate the reliability of the passageway system. The challenge for naval architects is to develop a systematic methodology that allows accurate evaluation of the passageway reliability associated with crews movement and related material operating procedure. The paper consults the concept of network reliability and lays out an evaluation method of passageway system based on task reliability. The method integrated analyses the impact of ship crew's location and distribution of the shipborne material. As it was difficult to achieve the reality data, the methodology is demonstrated using a hypothetical warship combining with the simulation software on the basis of two different evaluation scenarios.
查看更多>>摘要:The service in dining-room for the sailors is a very important issue in a luxury passenger liner which affects the work's performance, so as well as the ship's. There has not too much research about this topic in China right now. A method to simulate and analyze the dining-room servicing mode which was based on the discrete event system using the software QUEST has been brought out, and used to estimate a design project by analyzing the six factors which affect the servicing mode while releasing a final implement suggestion.
查看更多>>摘要:It is a complex but important issue to have a shower for the sailors in a luxury passenger liner whose working and living staff are all to be held in a closed environment. It is hard to decide what kind of showering mode can satisfy the sailors' showering need, as well as using discrete event theory to handle it because of the mass of people and their behavior's randomicity. A method based on the theory of discrete event to simulate the showering mode in the ship has been brought out by using the software of QUEST, and the design of the bath system of the ship has been proved to be with usability after simulations. What factors and how they affect the performance of the showering system have been found. At last, an implementation suggestion has been brought forward.

查看更多>>摘要:This paper considers single-stage multi-parallel machines scheduling problems. A fuzzy scheduling model is developed with objective to minimize the makespan. In the scheduling model, the uncertainty of processing time is represented by triangular fuzzy number, and the credibility theory is used to assess fuzzy number. In the optimal scheduling searching process, we introduce matching theory to model the scheduling problem consider in this paper, and two heuristic rules are used to improve searching efficiency. At last, genetic algorithm is developed for solving the scheduling problem, and numerical example shows good result.

查看更多>>摘要:A remote real-time machine condition monitoring system is reported in this paper, which is applied for diagnosis and prognosis of gearboxes' working condition. Within the system, the diagnostic classification is performed by pattern recognition using statistic parameters, and remote diagnostic capability is enhanced by applying Wireless Web technology. An online signal-processing scheme is adopted based on time-frequency analysis, digital filtering and statistic parameter algorithm to detect early fault signals of gears and to provide expert advice for decision making for maintenance. The effectiveness of the developed remote diagnostic system is verified via experimental investigation of monitoring a gearbox on a test rig under different conditions.
查看更多>>摘要:The build-in dynamical vibration absorption system with damping is applied to increase the dynamic stiffness of a boring bar. According to construction and vibration features, multi flexible body dynamical model of the vibration absorption system is built up by using the software of ADAMS and ANSYS. Also the vibration characteristic of an actual boring bar is analyzed by using SA-78 2ch FFT analyzer. Through the analysis of simulation results and experimental data the accuracy of the model is validated. On this basis the influence of the radial stiffness coefficient of rubber brushes, the damping coefficient of damping fluid and the mass of heavy turning body on the vibration system is discussed by using the vibration analyses module of ADAMS. The simulation results verify the feasibility of the initial structure design; establish the design key points in the actual design. The multi flexible body dynamical model of the vibration absorption system has been simulated, optimized and analyzed. And optimized parameters are obtained finally. With these optimized parameters, actual dynamical vibration absorption boring bar with damping can be designed, and the dynamic stability of the bar is enhanced thereby.

查看更多>>摘要:In this paper, the mechanism of workflow management based on ontology of multi disciplinary collaborative design is studied. Based on the integrative research of key technologies of semantic technology and semantic retrieval and workflow management, an ontology-based workflow framework of multi-disciplinary collaborative design is put forward. Models of workflow-related elements on different levels were built up according to subjects related in collaborative design. An ontology-based workflow model library of multi-disciplinary collaborative design is set up by using RDF. The currently popular ontology retrieval strategy is analyzed, and an ontology model search engine in workflow of multidiseiplinary collaborative design is set up by combining the keywords-based with ontology-based semantic search.
