查看更多>>摘要:Screen printing has been considered to be the simplest and quickest way to fabricate dye-sensitized solar cells (DSCs) modules for an assembly line. 20cm×10cm DSCs modules with W-type series connection and parallel connection were fabricated. The whole fabricating process was all operated by screen-printing except for the injection of electrolyte. The optimized TiO_2 electrode thickness, sealant thickness and platinum counter electrode thickness were investigated. The modules showed a reliable performance.
查看更多>>摘要:In this research, vertically oriented TiO_2 nanotube was fabricated on ITO glass by electrochemistry method, and investigated by the measurements of X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and ultraviolet-visible (UV/VIS) spectrometer. X-ray diffraction patterns show that the best sintering temperature of TiO_2 nanotube is 500℃, at which TiO_2 anatase phase forms best. SEM images reveal that the diameter and height of TiO_2 nanotube are 70 nm and 230 nm, respectively. Transmittance curves reveal that the transmittance of annealed TiO_2 nanotube is about 80%~90%, and is obviously higher than non-annealed TiO_2 nanotube. The absorption band of annealed TiO_2 nanotube is at 330~370 nm. The results of current-voltage (Ⅰ-Ⅴ) characteristics analysis reveal that dye-sensitized solar cell with TiO_2 nanotube electrode has better Ⅰ-Ⅴ characteristics and efficiency than TiO_2 film electrode. This result may be due to the annealed TiO_2 nanotube applied on the electrode of dye-sensitized solar cell can increase the contact area between TiO_2 and dye, resulting in the enhancement of Ⅰ-Ⅴ characteristics and efficiency for dye-sensitized solar cell.
查看更多>>摘要:In this study, well-aligned single-crystalline zinc oxide (ZnO) nanorods arrays were synthesized on Si substrate by simple hydrothermal process in dilute aqueous solution which consisting of zinc nitrate tetrahydrate (Zn(NO_3)_2·4H_2O) and hexamethyltetramine (C_6H_(12)N_4, HMT) at 90℃, in the autoclave. ZnO thin film was pre-deposited on Si substrate by the sputter deposition to serve as the seed layer. Aluminum nitrite (Al(NO_3)_3) also has been mixed into reaction solution. Al doped ZnO nanorod arrays were fabricated successfully. ZnO nanorods were characterized by high resolution X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy, and photoluminescence measurement.
查看更多>>摘要:The present paper summarizes the technology and basic process for fabricating transparent ceramic MgAl_2O_4 spinel and introduces a scalable production technique. Fully transparent polycrystalline spinel has been prepared by combined vacuum sintering, hot-pressing, sintering in H_2 atmosphere and hot isostatic pressing(HIP). The optical transmittance of the specimen sintered at 1500 following HIP at 1800 was nearly the same as that of single crystal spinel. When radiated by y-ray and X- ray, colorless spinel became brown due to V-type color centers, which decreased its transmittance. On the other hand, the spinel ceramics' resistance to radiation improved by doping CeO_2.
查看更多>>摘要:"GfE Coating Materials Company" had developed a novel AZOY transparent conducting oxide (TCO) material that used ZnO as raw material and contained a small amount of Y_2O_3 and Al_2O_3. In this study, the AZOY material developed by GfE company is used as the based TCO material and we will develop the influences of substrate temperatures on the characteristics of AZOY TCO films by RF sputtering method, under optimal O_2/argon ratio and depositing pressure. After deposition, the sheet resistance of AZOY films is measured with a four point probe, and surface morphology and cross-sections are studied using a field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM). And finally, the UV-Vis spectrophotometer is used to find the transmittance of AZOY TCO films.
查看更多>>摘要:Nano-sized MgAl_2O_4 powders were treated at 500-1000℃ in a vacuum of 10~(-3) Pa for 2 h, and then sintered at 500~900℃ under 1~6 GPa. The powders with and without vacuum-heat-treatment were investigated by means of Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) and Sedimentation Test. It was found that the vacuum-heat-treatment of nano powder could effectively get rid of the absorbed gas on the surface of nano-particles. Bulk nanostructured transparent ceramics without cracks were sintered easily with the treated nano-sized powder. The success rate of nano-sinterning of bulk transparent ceramics was greatly increased when a suitable vacuum-heat-treatment process was used for the starting nano-sized powder.
查看更多>>摘要:Yttrium-doped α-sialon ceramics with different compositions were prepared by two-steps hot pressing (first heating to 1750℃ holding for 60 min, then continue heating to 1900℃ holding for 60 min) at 25 MPa in nitrogen, their design compositions were Y_(0.4)Si_(9.8)Al_(2.2)O_(1.0)N_(15) (Y1210, m=1.2 and n=1.0), Y_(0.4)Si_(9.7)Al_(2.3)O_(1.1)N_(14.9)(Y1211, m=1.2 and n=1.1) and Y_(0.4)Si_(9.6)Al_(2.4)O_(1.2)N_(14.8) (Y1212, m=1.2 and n=1.2) respectively, and the effects of n value on phase composition, microstructure and optical property were approached. It is found that only α-sialon is detected in Y1210, however, there exist β-sialon besides of major phase a-sialon in Y1211 and Y1212. The density of sintered sample decreases with the increase of n value, higher n value contributes to elongated grain growth, and both the size and content of elongated grain increase with the increase of n value. The samples all show light transmission in the near infrared and infrared region, and their maximal optical transmittances decrease with the increase of n value. All those indicate that lower n value contribute to higher density, single a-sialon phase, smaller size and lower content of elongated grain, which is better for the preparation of higher optical transmittance Y-α-sialon.
查看更多>>摘要:Cr-doped Y_3Sc_xAl_((5-X)_O_(12)(Nd:YSAG) powder have been prepared with a combustion method. The powders are nanosized and a pure cubic phase when calcined at 900℃. Transparent Cr:YSAG ceramics were successfully fabricated by sintering the powder compact at 1800℃ under H2 atmosphere. The optical properties were investigated in detail. It was found that after Sc substitute for Al, the The octahedral crystal-field parameter Dq and Dq/B was reduced, and that is why the absorption peak move to the longer wavelength side but the emission peak not moved.
查看更多>>摘要:Large scale translucent yttrium-doped α-sialon (80 mm in diameter) with the composition of Y_(0.4)Si_(9.6)Al_(2.4)O_(1.2)N_(14.8) (m=1.2 and n=1 .0) was prepared by two-steps hot pressing sintering (first heating to 1850℃ holding for 30 min, then continue heating to 1900℃ holding for 30 min) at 25 MPa in nitrogen, and the optical property was approached over the wavelength range 900-5000 nm. The results showed that dense sample was obtained and its assemblage only consisted of single α-sialon phase. The large scale sialon had uniform and higher infrared transmittance property. The maximum infrared transmittance for 1.0 mm thick specimen could reach 66% at 3200 nm. It is attributed to the dense, uniform, equaxed microstructure. In addition to high optical transmission property, the sample showed higher hardness of 20 GPa and better fracture toughness of 5 MPa·m~(1/2).
查看更多>>摘要:Based on Jonscher power law, frequency dependence of ac conductivity of 40Fe_2O_3-60P_2O_5 glasses were investigated in a relatively high temperature range. Results indicated the power law exponent first decreases with increasing temperature, reached a minimum at a certain temperature and then increases again. Preliminary theoretical explanations and predictions for this phenomenon were presented.
