    The compensation payment form and art of elderly human resources in small and medium-sized energy enterprises

    查看更多>>摘要:Small and medium-sized energy enterprises must focus on the utility of payment and incentive process to satisfy the physiological needs and psychological demands of elderly human resources. From this sense, The menu compensation is good choice to improve payment satisfaction of elderly human resources, which needs to widen the selection range of compensation, perfect salary payment mechanism and establish compensation feedback mechanism. Meanwhile, small and medium-sized energy enterprises must focus on the characteristics of elderly human resources, payment culture tradition of the organization and take adaptive strategies according to the people, job, opportunity and scene.

    查看更多>>摘要:Power system restoration is the process of re-energization of power system elements after a partial or a complete blackout situation. The decision regarding the energization of network lines is complex and time consuming in nature. To reduce the above complexity in power system restoration, the present research work develops a decision (s) regarding the re-energization of transmission lines. Initially the complex network is divided into Islands to enhance the speed and efficiency in the restoration process. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) approach is applied to test the bus system for finding out the most weighted corridor in order to prioritize those for energization from a complete black out situation. Further, Temporary Over Voltages (TOV) that are occurring during transformer energization in low load condition is estimated using MATLAB/Simulink and Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs). Regression analysis on these TOVs is done in evaluating the performance of forecasting tool. The proposed methods are applied to a complex network to demonstrate the performance. It is found that the proposed techniques are better and efficient alternative approaches in Isolating, Selection of Transmission corridors and determining the over voltages respectively rather than any other techniques and helps the power system planners to have a faster strategy for power system restoration.

    查看更多>>摘要:The system, which takes hi-tech Olympics and improving national sports science and technology as well as training levels of athletes as the background, and considers current three-dimensional video analysis system for diagnosis of energy saving sports technology as the platform, constructs data and knowledge base based on three-dimensional information and parameters by mainly utilizing modern computer technology. It analyzes human movement behaviors with systematic conceptions, and studies technical movements of athletes through input-output relationship of human movement behaviors. Through fuzzy mathematics, mathematical statistics and artificial intelligence, integrating and drawing reference from sport biomechanics, graphics, human anatomy and expert system etc., the system solves a series of key problems both in theory and application from information extraction, inference to multi-objective parameter fusion and decision-making, and then designs and develops biomechanical evaluation system for shot sport technology. Considering the multiple events that the sport contains, the research primarily proceeds from shot, and establishes "coach-athlete" expert evaluation system.

    查看更多>>摘要:This research presents a critical examination of 102 undergraduate students' experience with e-portfolio in a large-scale multi-disciplinary university based on West China. Qualitative data are collected via in-depth interview with the undergraduate students to explore the advantages and disadvantages of e-portfolios, so as to explore room for improvement. Findings reveal that e-portfolios are effective in terms of new knowledge creation, learning management, reflective learning, test anxiety elimination, as well as summative and formative assessment. Meanwhile, several problems have also emerged, which are of important implications for both teachers and IT staffs.

According to the characteristics and rules of the urban sport development, the integration function of the urban sport information network service is manifested by the value universality, cooperation organization and diversified benefits, etc. From the perspective of the regional urban development case study, the discussion into many aspects including urban sport information network service content, characteristics, regional innovation and development strategy, etc. is carried out. It is suggested that the portal website of the ACSF should be transformed as the driving force to pay more efforts to strengthen the characteristics of urban sport information, like wholeness and regionalist, establish information exchange and sharing operation realization platform under the support of web technology, strengthen communication and cooperation among all social powers, seek after the relationship between value balancing and realization between sport utility and sport industry information, promote the utility and operability of user-oriented network information service, enhance the development level of regional urban sport information designated to provide theoretical references for the relevant departments and industries to make decisions.

    查看更多>>摘要:The major factors influencing university students' behavior of consumption on online tourism in Shijiazhuang include personal motivation, attitude, sense of security and satisfaction. The external factors include price, brand and reputation of the online tourism and tourism websites. Some suggestions for network marketing can be drawn from the features of online tourism consumption: website geared for tourists' needs should be built; have a proper position for the website and establish good relationship with customers; make planning according to the target market and pay attention to the integration between internationalization and localization; introduce new marketing ideas and innovation in the development process to create a professional and high-quality tourism website. Online tourism consumption is a kind of complicated behavior which requires an in-depth study with inter-disciplinary theories and practical research and survey to innovate the theory of consumers' behavior. However, this paper is not systematic and in-depth enough and further study and research are needed in establishing a mechanism model of online tourism consuming behavior.

    查看更多>>摘要:Wireless LAN channel in the open state, link status is unstable, bandwidth resources are limited, in terms of performance and quality of service there is a big gap. How to make better use of its limited resources is becoming increasingly important. MAC layer is mainly to provide a fair, reliable, efficient scheduling mechanism to allocate radio channel resources; performance is directly related to the performance of the wireless channel utilization and the entire network. As IoT are widely used in industry, agriculture, national defense and people's life, which requires the network with state energy-saving monitoring, fault alarm, and other intelligent recognition, automatic measurement and control functions. This paper presents the discrete time three-dimensional probability CSMA protocol with function of energy-saving monitoring which can change the value of P making the system throughput is more adaptive to the load. The paper uses the average cycle analysis method to analysis the protocol model, getting the precision expression of system throughput.
