    A path planning method for robot patrol inspection in chemical industrial parks

    查看更多>>摘要:Safety patrol inspection in chemical industrial parks is a complex multi-objective task with mul-tiple degrees of freedom.Traditional pointer instruments with advantages like high reliability and strong adaptability to harsh environment,are widely applied in such parks.However,they rely on manual readings which have problems like heavy patrol workload,high labor cost,high false posi-tives/negatives and poor timeliness.To address the above problems,this study proposes a path plan-ning method for robot patrol in chemical industrial parks,where a path optimization model based on improved iterated local search and random variable neighborhood descent(ILS-RVND)algorithm is established by integrating the actual requirements of patrol tasks in chemical industrial parks.Fur-ther,the effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified by taking real park data as an example.The results show that compared with GA and ILS-RVND,the improved algorithm reduces quantifica-tion cost by about 24%and saves patrol time by about 36%.Apart from shortening the patrol time of robots,optimizing their patrol path and reducing their maintenance loss,the proposed algorithm also avoids the untimely patrol of robots and enhances the safety factor of equipment.

    Faster split-based feedback network for image super-resolution

    查看更多>>摘要:Although most of the existing image super-resolution(SR)methods have achieved superior per-formance,contrastive learning for high-level tasks has not been fully utilized in the existing image SR methods based on deep learning.This work focuses on two well-known strategies developed for lightweight and robust SR,i.e.,contrastive learning and feedback mechanism,and proposes an in-tegrated solution called a split-based feedback network(SPFBN).The proposed SPFBN is based on a feedback mechanism to learn abstract representations and uses contrastive learning to explore high information in the representation space.Specifically,this work first uses hidden states and con-straints in recurrent neural network(RNN)to implement a feedback mechanism.Then,use cont-rastive learning to perform representation learning to obtain high-level information by pushing the fi-nal image to the intermediate images and pulling the final SR image to the high-resolution image.Besides,a split-based feedback block(SPFB)is proposed to reduce model redundancy,which tol-erates features with similar patterns but requires fewer parameters.Extensive experimental results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method in comparison with the state-of-the-art methods.Moreover,this work extends the experiment to prove the effectiveness of this method and shows bet-ter overall reconstruction quality.

    Research and design of matrix operation accelerator based on reconfigurable array

    查看更多>>摘要:In the case of massive data,matrix operations are very computationally intensive,and the mem-ory limitation in standalone mode leads to the system inefficiencies.At the same time,it is difficult for matrix operations to achieve flexible switching between different requirements when implemented in hardware.To address this problem,this paper proposes a matrix operation accelerator based on reconfigurable arrays in the context of the application of recommender systems(RS).Based on the reconfigurable array processor(APR-16)with reconfiguration,a parallelized design of matrix opera-tions on processing element(PE)array is realized with flexibility.The experimental results show that,compared with the proposed central processing unit(CPU)and graphics processing unit(GPU)hybrid implementation matrix multiplication framework,the energy efficiency ratio of the ac-celerator proposed in this paper is improved by about 35×.Compared with blocked alternating least squares(BALS),its the energy efficiency ratio has been accelerated by about 1×,and the switc-hing of matrix factorization(MF)schemes suitable for different sparsity can be realized.

    Coordinated voltage regulation strategy of OLTC and BESS considering switching delay

    查看更多>>摘要:When large-scale distributed renewable energy power generation systems are connected to the power grid,the risk of grid voltage fluctuations and exceeding the limit increases greatly.Fortunate-ly,the on-load tap changer(OLTC)can adjust the transformer winding tap to maintain the seconda-ry side voltage within the normal range.However,the inevitable delay in switching transformer taps makes it difficult to respond quickly to voltage fluctuations.Moreover,switching the transformer taps frequently will decrease the service life of OLTC.In order to solve this critical issue,a cooperative voltage regulation strategy applied between the battery energy storage systems(BESSs)and OLTSs.is proposed By adjusting the charge and discharge power of BESSs,the OLTC can frequently switch the transformer taps to achieve rapid voltage regulation.The effectiveness of the proposed coordinated regulation strategy is verified in the IEEE 33 node distribution systems.The simulation results show that the proposed coordinated regulation strategy can stabilize the voltage of the distribution network within a normal range and reduce the frequency of tap switching,as such elongating the service life of the equipment.

    Research of transient rotor dynamic characteristic of magnetic liquid double suspension bearing in double collision state

    查看更多>>摘要:During the operation of magnetic liquid double suspension bearing(MLDSB),due to rotor res-onance,assembly error and other factor,the vibration amplitude of the rotor in resonance state ex-ceeds the original design clearance,resulting in the collision damage between the rotor and the sta-tor,the rotor and the casing.This paper presents a method to simulate the influence of different fac-tors on the dynamic characteristics of 5 degrees of freedom(DOF)rotor based on the dynamic model of MLDSB.Firstly,according to the second Lagrange equation,the dynamic equation of 5 DOF ro-tor is derived,and the mathematical model is established.Then,based on 5 DOF rotor dynamic equation,the rotor transient dynamic equation under collision state is obtained,and the rotor transi-ent collision dynamic simulation model is established.Finally,the key influencing factors of rotor dynamic characteristics are extracted,and the influence mapping relationship of rotor displacement,axis locus and stress distribution under different factors is simulated by using ANSYS Workbench software.The experimental results show that this method can effectively reflect the influence of vari-ous factors on the dynamic characteristics of the rotor.This method can provide theoretical reference for the design and control of MLDSB.

    查看更多>>摘要:As edge computing services soar,the problem of resource fragmentation situation is greatly worsened in elastic optical networks(EON).Aimed to solve this problem,this article proposes the fragmentation prediction model that makes full use of the gate recurrent unit(GRU)algorithm.Based on the fragmentation prediction model,one virtual optical network mapping scheme is presen-ted for edge computing driven EON.With the minimum of fragmentation degree all over the whole EON,the virtual network mapping can be successively conducted.Test results show that the pro-posed approach can reduce blocking rate,and the supporting ability for virtual optical network serv-ices is greatly improved.

    查看更多>>摘要:The feedback spring rod of the armature assembly is cancelled in the double redundance double nozzle flapper valve(DRDNFV),and the difficulty of valve core displacement control is increased.Therefore,this paper intends to study the static characteristic of DRDNFV through the AMESet and AMESim simulation.It is explored under the circumstance of the fixed orifices being clogged and ex-perimentally verified on the test bench.The results show that the pressure gain increases and the flow gain decreases with the increasing clogged degree of the fixed orifices on both sides.The zero bias in-creases synchronously with the increasing clogged degree of the unilateral fixed orifice.The experi-mental results are basically consistent with the theoretical curves and the theoretical correctness of the simulation model is effectively verified.The results can provide the theoretical reference for de-sign,debugging,maintenance and fault diagnosis of DRDNFV.

    查看更多>>摘要:With the widespread use of high-power and highly integrated insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT),their cooling methods have become challenging.This paper proposes a liquid cooling scheme for heavy-duty automated guided vehicle(AGV)motor driver in port environment,and im-proves heat dissipation by analyzing and optimizing the core component of finned heat sink.Firstly,the temperature distribution of the initial scheme is studied by using Fluent software,and the heat transfer characteristics of the finned heat sink are obtained through numerical analysis.Secondly,an orthogonal test is designed and combined with the response surface methodology to optimize the structural parameters of the finned heat sink,resulting in a 14.57%increase in the heat dissipation effect.Finally,the effectiveness of heat dissipation enhancement is verified.This work provides val-uable insights into improving the heat dissipation of IGBT modules and heat sinks,and provides guidance for their future applications.

    查看更多>>摘要:An interference suppression design scheme based on conjugate weighted butterfly interleaving mapping(CWBIM)is proposed for inter-carrier interference(ICI)and inter-subband interference(IBI)in the received signals of universal filtered multi-carrier(UFMC)systems.It applies an inter-leaving mapping operation to subtract the interference coefficients of adjacent terms in ICI and IBI twice,thereby achieving suppression effects similar to the self-cancellation(SC)algorithm while maintaining the original data transmission efficiency.Meanwhile,conjugate and complex weighting operations can effectively suppress the impact of phase rotation errors in high-speed mobile channel environments,thereby further improving the bit error rate(BER)performance of the system,Moreo-ver,butterfly operation can effectively control the computational complexity of the interleaving map-ping process.Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that,compared with the PSC-UFMC algorithm,the CWBIM-UFMC scheme proposed in this paper can effectively suppress ICI and IBI in the received signal without compromising data transmission efficiency and reducing computational complexity,thereby achieving good BER performance of the system.

    查看更多>>摘要:Power line communication(PLC)has the potential to become the preferred technique for provi-ding broadband communication to homes and offices with advantage of eliminating the need for new wiring infrastructure and reducing the cost.But it suffers from the impulsive noise because it intro-duces significant time variance into the power line channel.In this paper,a polar codes based or-thogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)PLC system is proposed to deal with the impulsive noise and thereby improve the transmission performance.Firstly,the impulsive noise is modelled with a multi-damped sine function by analyzing the time behavior of impulse events.Then the polar codes are used to combat the impulsive noise of PLC channel,and a low complexity bit-flipping de-coding method based on CRC-aided successive cancellation list(CA-SCL)decoding algorithm is pro-posed.Simulations evaluate the proposed decoding algorithm and the results validate the suggested polar codes based OFDM-PLC scheme which can improve the BER performance of PLC with impul-sive interference.
