    Improved estimator of the continuous-time kernel estimator

    查看更多>>摘要:There have been many papers presenting kernel density estimators for a strictly stationary continuous time process observed over the time interval [O, T]. However the estimators do not satisfy the property of mean-square continuity if the process is mean-square continuous. In this paper we present a modified kernel estimator and substantiate that the modified estimator satisfies the property of mean-square continuity. At last in a simulation study the results show the modified estimator is better than the original estimator in some cases.

    查看更多>>摘要:Y3+-doped (Bi1/2Na1/2)TiO3-CaTiO3-BaTiO3 (BNCBT) positive temperature coefficient of resistivity (PTCR) ceramics sintered in air atmosphere were investigated in this study. (Bi1/2Na1/2) TiO3 (BNT) component can remarkably increase the onset temperature Tc of PTCR ceramics with the expensive of the resistivity R25 increase. CaTiO3 (9-27 mol%) component can decrease the resistivity, and adjust the effects of BNT phase on the Tc point. For the sample containing 3 mol% CaTiO3, the Tc raises from 122° to 153° when only 0.6 mol% BNT added, while for the ones with higher CaTiO3 content (9-27 mol%), Tc is only increased by a rate of 8-9°/1.0 mol% BNT. The effects of BNT and CaTiO3 components on Rmln (negative temperature coefficient effect) are also discussed.

    查看更多>>摘要:Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 (BST) thin films with and without HfO2 buffer layer were fabricated on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates by pulsed laser deposition. Dependences of HfO2 thickness on the dielectric property and leakage current of BST thin films were focused. The dielectric constant of BST thin films increased and then decreased with the increase of HfO2 thickness, while the dielectric relaxation was gradually improved. The loss tangent and leakage current under positive bias decreased with the HfO2 thickness increasing. The leakage current analysis based on Schottky emission indicated an improvement of the BST/Pt interface with HfO2 buffer layer. The loss tangent, tunability and figure of merit of optimized HfO2 buffered BST thin film achieved 0.009 8, 21.91% (Emax = 200 kV/cm), 22.40 at 106 Hz, respectively.

    查看更多>>摘要:A series of polysulfonamide (PSA)/TiO2 (modifier) nano-composite films were successfully prepared by in-situ polymerization at a low temperature based on 4, 4-diaminodiphenylsulfone and terephthaloyl chloride in the common solvent N, N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc). It was shown that the nano particles were well dispersed in the polymer substrate. Meanwhile, PSA/TiO2/modifier composites exhibited good UV-resistant properties and mechanical properties. In addition, the composites' heat stability improved. These prepared composites are promising in preparing spinning solution and might have potential application in heat-resistant fiber.

    查看更多>>摘要:To overcome the default of single search tendency, the ants in the colony are divided into several sub-groups. The ants in different subgroups have different trail information and expectation coefficients. The simulated annealing method is introduced to the algorithm. Through setting the temperature changing with the iterations, after each turn of tours, the solution set obtained by the ants is taken as the candidate set. The update set is obtained by adding the solutions in the candidate set to the previous update set with the probability determined by the temperature. The solutions in the candidate set are used to update the trail information. In each turn of updating, the current best solution is also used to enhance the tail information on the current best route. The tail information is reset when the algorithm is in stagnation state. The computer experiments demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has higher stability and convergence speed.
