摘要

目的:研究叶面喷施亚硒酸钠对辣椒的产量、品质、硒及相关微量元素含量的影响,解析辣椒对亚硒酸钠的积累及耐受特性,并筛选出有利于辣椒生长的最佳叶面喷施的亚硒酸钠浓度.方法:采用基质栽培法,以"汴椒 1 号"辣椒品种为研究对象,设置 5 个亚硒酸钠质量浓度(0、50、100、150、200 mg/L),各处理辣椒喷施亚硒酸钠量均为 50 mL,每个处理设置 3 个重复.培育 60d后,对辣椒的产量、品质、硒及相关微量元素含量进行测定分析.结果:亚硒酸钠的施用对辣椒产量表现出"低浓度促进、高浓度抑制"的剂量效应.亚硒酸钠质量浓度为 100 mg/L时,较对照处理(CK)产量增幅最大,达 29%;当亚硒酸钠质量浓度为 150 mg/L时,辣椒出现减产现象,较CK减产幅度达 22.05%.当施用亚硒酸钠质量浓度为 0~200 mg/L时,辣椒硒含量呈逐渐上升趋势,差异显著;辣椒果实中有机硒占总硒的百分比随着喷施亚硒酸钠浓度的增加呈现出先升后降的趋势.对于各试验处理,当亚硒酸钠浓度逐渐增加时,辣椒果实中钙、铁、铜含量均上升,但镁、锌含量无显著差异,粗蛋白、维生素C、总糖等品质指标含量均呈上升趋势.结论:叶面喷施适宜浓度的亚硒酸钠能显著提高辣椒产量和果实中的硒、钙和铁的含量,有效改善辣椒品质.叶面喷施亚硒酸钠质量浓度以 50~100 mg/L为宜.因此,在农业生产中,亚硒酸钠的合理使用是富硒农业发展的重要方向之一,也是促进作物高产高效生产的重要环节.

Abstract

Objective:To study the effects of foliar spraying sodium selenite on the yield,quality,selenium and related trace element content of pepper,analyze the accumulation and tolerance characteristics of pepper to sodium selenite,and select the best concentration of sodium selenite for pepper growth.Methods:The substrate cultivation method was used in this study.Bianjiao No.1 pepper variety was taken as the research object.Five concentrations of sodium selenite were set,which were 0,50,100,150,200 mg/L,respectively.The amount of sodium selenite sprayed on pepper in each treatment was 50 mL,and three replicates were set in each treatment.After 60 days of cultivation,the yield,quality,selenium and related trace elements of pepper were determined and analyzed.Results:The application of sodium selenite showed a dose effect of"low concentration promoting,high concentration inhibiting"on pepper yield.When the concentration of sodium selenite was 100 mg/L,the yield increased by 29%compared with CK.When the concentration of sodium selenite was 150 mg/L,the yield of pepper decreased by 22.05%compared with CK.When the concentration of sodium selenite was in the range of 0-200 mg/L,the selenium content of pepper showed a gradual upward trend,with significant difference;The percentage of organic selenium in total selenium in pepper fruits increased first and then decreased with the increase of sodium selenite concentration.For each experimental treatment,when the concentration of sodium selenite gradually increased,the content of calcium,iron and copper in pepper fruits increased,as well as crude protein,vitamin C,total sugar and other quality indicators,but the content of magnesium and zinc had no significant difference.were rising.Conclusion:Spraying the appropriate concentration of sedium selenite on the leaves could significantly increase the yield and the contents of selenium,calcium and iron in the fruits,and effectively improve the quality of pepper.The optimum concentration of sedium selenite is 50-100 mg/L.Therefore,the rational use of sedium selenite is one of the important directions in the development of Se-enriched agriculture,it is also an important link to promote high-yield and efficient production of crops.
