Objective:To investigate the deformation and resonance reduction of mobile straw particle locomotive frame.Methods:Taking mobile straw particle locomotive frame as static and modal analysis object ,the stress deformation and stability of the frame were verified by finite element analysis based on Ansys.Results:Based on the stress nephogram and deformation nephogram of the frame ,the maximum stress of the frame and the deformation of the common vibration deformation were verified that the movable straw granule locomotive frame could effectively guarantee its stability and meet the application requirements.Conclusion:Through modal analysis , the rationality of the original design data was confirmed.The design verification method of mobile particle locomotive frame involved in this paper provided a theoretical reference and optirnal basis for analyzing the common problems such as deformation and resonance of the equipment.
