摘要

目的:探究大兴农业发展区硒的富集情况和空间分布特征及影响因素.方法:分别测定土壤和西甜瓜中Se含量,分析其与土壤理化性质、地形参数和植被覆盖度的关系.从数理统计和空间特征两方面,主要采用相关性分析、通径分析和地理加权回归方法进行数据分析.结果:研究区表层0~20 cm 土壤Se含量平均值为(0.28±0.07)mg/kg,略低于中国背景值0.29 mg/kg,土壤含硒水平以足硒为主,西甜瓜Se含量平均值为(0.05±0.04)mg/kg,62.5%的作物样品中Se含量高于0.04 mg/kg.结论:总体而言,全磷、全盐量和地形湿度指数(TWI)对土壤Se含量和空间分布影响较强,同时,受地区不同种植模式影响,土壤硒含量与西甜瓜硒含量呈较弱相关性,硒在作物中的富集受根系土壤中磷的含量及赋存形态影响较大,且Ca2-P是影响土壤Se含量的重要无机磷源.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the selenium enrichment,spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors in Daxing agricultural development area.Methods:Se content in soil and water melon were determined to analyze the relationship between Se content and soil physicochemical properties,topographic parameters and vegetation coverage.From two aspects of mathematical statistics and spatial characteristics,correlation analysis,path analysis and geographical weighted regression were used to analyze the data.Results:The average Se content(0.28±0.07)mg/kg in surface 0-20 cm soil in the study area was slightly lower than the Chinese background value(0.29 mg/kg),and the average Se content in soil with full selenium was(0.05±0.04)mg/kg.Se content in 62.5%samples was higher than 0.04 mg/kg.Conclusion:In general,total phosphorus,total salt content and topographic moisture index(TWI)had strong effects on se content and spatial distribution in soil.Meanwhile,under the influence of different planting patterns in different regions,soil Se content was weakly correlated with Se content in soil-watermelon,and selenium enrichment in crops was greatly affected by phosphorus content and occurrence form in root soil.Ca2-P was an important inorganic phosphorus source that affect the Se content in soil.
